The Old Capital of Tenerife
As the old capital of Tenerife until 1723 La Laguna is considered the second most important city on the Island and is still considered as not only religious, but also the cultural capital of Tenerife.
La Laguna is situated in beautiful and picturesque surroundings in the Aquere Valley not far from Santa Cruz.The view looking down on this ancient capital is truly breathtaking.
